The wonderful Richard Sewell Jarkman ran a titanium spork making workshop at Jarkfest00.
Each of us started with sheet titanium, and through designing, cutting, filing, shaping and planishing, made a spoon in under 2 hours. So satisfying.

This involved hitting every square mm of the spoon with a hammer. That is a lot of hammering.
